New subscriptions on Starter and Professional plans qualify for a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase, no questions asked.
02.Annual plans
Annual subscriptions can be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the term ends.
03.Enterprise contracts
Enterprise agreements follow the refund terms specified in your signed order form. Contact your account manager.
04.USDT payments
Refunds for USDT (TRC20/ERC20) payments are issued to the originating wallet in the same token. Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
05.How to request a refund
Email nexviosolutions@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
06.Non-refundable items
One-time professional services (custom development, integrations, training) are non-refundable once work has commenced.
