You agree to use our services in compliance with applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all activity in your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with prior notice.

We retain all rights to our software, content, and trademarks. You retain rights to your data and content. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own, and at minimum with reasonable care.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. We may suspend access immediately for security or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
